2. Information we collect
Your name, email address, company details, and billing information when you create an account or subscribe.
Product catalog, order, and customer data synced through our connector modules, used solely to operate the AI services you enable (e.g. answering order questions, translating products).
Messages exchanged with the AI chatbot on your store, including any details your customers share in them.
How you use our dashboard and services (features used, credits consumed, device and browser information) collected via cookies and similar technologies.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card details on our servers.
3. How we use your information

- To manage your account, billing, and credit usage

- To improve our services using anonymized data only

4. AI processing & model training
To deliver AI features, your content (e.g. product descriptions, chat messages) is processed by our AI infrastructure partners: OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Mistral. Data is transmitted securely and used only to generate the requested output. We may use anonymized data, stripped of personal and store-identifying information, to improve our services. We never sell your data or train shared models on identifiable customer data.

We retain your data while your subscription is active. When your subscription ends, your store data, chat history, and generated content are permanently deleted within 30 days. Billing records may be kept longer where required by law.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Port your data to another service
- Withdraw consent at any time

8. Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each merchant's data is isolated, access is restricted to authorized personnel, and we regularly review our security practices.

We are based in the United States. Where data is transferred from the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses with our processors.
10. Children's privacy
EExtend is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in your dashboard, and the "Last updated" date above will always reflect the current version.
